What a great day for Bootcamp in the Park!! The weather was phenominal.
Thanks to everyone for coming – we had an AWESOME turn out!!
It was almost everyone’s first time using kettlebells – great job!
Warmup:
2 rounds
- jog a lap around the park
- 20 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 jumping jacks
Main workout:
4 rounds
- KB swings (5-10-15-20 reps by round)
- Side Lunges
- Burpees (5-10-15-20 reps by round)
- Bear crawl!
Relay race!
- Cherry pickers
- Frog Leap
- Run!
